Perfectly located, this villa is 100 meters from the Municipal Market and in the center of Ericeira.
It is a two-storey villa with pool and patio with barbecue, facing the ocean and for a total of 9 people.
The first floor has a living room, a modern kitchen with all appliances including electric water filters, dining area with TV and also a spacious living room with TV, facing the ocean.
The pool has a telescopic cover and overlooks the sea, there is also patio with sea views, outdoor grilling tables and sunbeds.
On the ground floor there is a suite with WC (with shower), a single bedroom and a double bedroom and a full bathroom.
The second floor has two bedrooms: 1 with double bed and one bedroom with two twin beds, 1 toilet with shower, a large terrace overlooking Ericeira and the ocean with access from the two bedrooms.
Tourist Tax: According to a Portuguese law (Decreto Lei Nº 433/82 Artigo 11º) that will begin its effect in 2019, all guests over 12 years will be charged a tourist tax of 2 Euros per person for each night up to 7 nights (to a maximum of 14€).
